Volunteer at Bronx Fall Fest!

Come join the fun at WHEDco’s Bronx Fall Fest, an outdoor street event on Friday, October 6, 2017 on Walton Avenue, between E167th and E168th Streets. As part of our celebration of 25 years of building a greater Bronx, we will shut down the street for a full day of family-friendly fun! It’s an opportunity to reflect on our many accomplishments, while connecting with our clients, community residents, and partners.

WHEDco is looking for volunteers to help with set-up, backstage/production assistance, kids’ activities, and breakdown. There are 3 volunteer shifts available between noon and 8pm. Food and refreshments will be available for all volunteers.

Part of the NYC Department of Transportation Weekend Walks Program, Bronx Fall Fest offers an exciting opportunity to connect community members to local community, nonprofit, cultural and economic resources. Past events have attracted hundreds of attendees from the local community and beyond.

If you’d like to volunteer, please fill out this form, and we will reach out to you shortly!
