Bring out your best costume!
Celebrate Halloween season with Edgar Allan Poe poetry set to Latin rhythms, as performed by Bobby Sanabria and Project X, with special guest vocalist Jenn Jade Ledesna.
Opening poems from the Master of Mystery will be read by Bronx Council of the Arts’ Charlie Vasquez. Arrive early (6:00 p.m.) and get your portrait taken by Seis del Sur photographer, Edwin Pagán. Prizes will be awarded for best costume.
6pm – Photo session with photographer Edwin Pagan (costumes encouraged)
7pm – Poem recital by Charlie Vazquez (Bronx Council on the Arts), followed by Poe’s poetry set to Latin music by Bobby Sanabria & Project X, with guest vocalist Jenn Jade Ledesna
